DELIVERY
Preparation:
Your order is processed immediately for any payment by credit card or upon receipt of your check (subject to availability of products ordered).
Shipments held the same day of receipt of your order if we receive it before 11 am weekdays or the next day for orders received after 11 days H.

Packaging:
Your order is packed with great care with products fully recyclable and dunnage particles Eco Foam. In addition, a package of high resistance effectively protected your products and guarantees you receive your order in perfect condition.
Still check your package upon receipt and in case of injury notify the driver with vital evidence.

Shipping:
Make sure you fill in the "shipping area and type of dispatch on the form of purchase order.
There is no package tracking for shipments outside France. Our goods always travel at the risk of the recipient (Even shipped Franco).

For any shipment in France:
Each consignment is in France at the best price calculated according to the weight of your package, however you are only making the chosen mode of transmission for metropolitan France.

Transport costs
Depending on the quantity, destination and weight of the order, an automatic calculation of the cost of transport will be presented when ordering on the site.
It was agreed that the port is available for orders in excess of 90 € for purchases not exceeding 20kg in France.
The delivery address may be different from your address if you wish to make a surprise or a gift to a friend.


TRANSPORT AND RESPONSIBILITY

The goods travel at your expense and risk. It is your responsibility therefore to verify the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to make reservations if necessary, on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier. All goods are carefully checked before shipment, we can not accept any claim for breakage or subtraction along the way, if the reservations listed above are not made in due course in accordance with the legislation in force.
RETURN OF THE PRODUCT - THE RIGHT OF RETURN

Your right:
Pursuant to Article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code, you can return at your expense, at our headquarters BIOTERROIR 5 SARL path Carbonnier 81240 Albine France, the product within seven (7) days after of delivery for exchange or refund, in good condition and in original packaging with original invoice.
Assumption of costs of return:
SARL Bioterroir will not bear the cost of return (at base rate in force) if the following conditions are cumulatively performed: The delivery is not in conformity with the order. You made reservations to the carrier (see paragraph: transportation and liability) Please, in this case, please contact our customer service at the addresses shown on our invoice or delivery, for the choice of carrier.

RETENTION OF TITLE

And until actual payment of the price, SARL Bioterroir remains the owner of the goods sold. The payment for transfer of ownership, however the buyer becomes responsible for them after the delivery, transfer of ownership transfer valant risks.
