1 - Internet: secure payment by credit card
The bank is our partner in the transactions of your operations

- Your name and your bank details are sent directly to Cyberplus Payment
- Payment Cyberplus verify the information received, validates the transaction and produces a receipt on your screen.
- Your order is sent to validated by Bioterroir Cyberplus Payment.

The refund transaction

In the case of delivery does not comply with the order passed on, we can decide to fully or partially reimburse your order. Your account is re-credited and the SARL Bioterroir is re-charged accordingly. YOU WILL BE ADVISED BY OUR CLIENTS.
