    Ground: Blow sands, silica 99%, not very deep, presence of an in-depth salted ground water (1,5m)
    Wine making: According to the charter of wine making of the grapes of Biological Agriculture. Night vintage, transport and fast treatment the cellar (less than 10 mn), picking off, encuvage. Cold maceration 24 hours, gone up in t° until 24°. Addition of yeast with stock ICV D46 (without GMO). Standing fermentation cement of 18° with 20° during 6 days with oxygen contribution. Racking, pressing, with separation of the wines of presses. Setting with clean as of the end of fermentations, breeding out of tank, interlocking of the malos, 2° racking and filtration on coarse ground. Setting out of bottle with the field
    Comments : Average intensity, garnet-red nuance. Intense nose of walls, bilberry, fresh blackcurrant, fresh sweet peppers. Beautiful sucrosity in attack, stops suave, powdered tannins.
